Tender marinated chicken on skewers with spicy peanut sauce

Ingredients: Chicken Satay - chicken, coconut milk, turmeric, vegetable oil, sugar, coriander seed, madras curry powder (coriander, cumin, turmeric powder, lentils, salt, fennel seeds, chilli powder, bay leaves, fenugreek powder, cassia, garlic powder, cloves) Peanut Sauce - coconut milk, peanuts, turmeric, vegetable oil, turmeric, sugar, red curry paste (red chilli, garlic, shallot, lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal, coriander seeds, cardamom, citric acid)

Cooking Instructions:

Reheat from frozen in boiling water.  

Remove from outer box.. Boil a suitable sized saucepan of water and put in the unopened pouch. Continue boiling for 4 minutes.. Open the lid of the peanut sauce tub and pop into the microwave for 15 seconds. When the satay skewers are ready open pouch and arrange on serving plate and pour over the warm peanut sauce.

Reheat from defrosted in boiling water.

Open the lid of the peanut sauce tub and pop into the microwave for 10 seconds. When the satay skewers are ready open pouch and arrange on serving plate and pour over the warm peanut sauce.

Storage Information

Store in a freezer, use by best before date (shown on top label) Once defrosted use within 48 hours.
