Finishing Instructions

If you are heating one or two meals then we suggest you use the microwave for everything - apart from chicken satay which is best reheated in a pan of boiling water.

If you don't have a microwave then all of the dishes except noodles and fried rice can be heated in a pan of boiling water.

Noodles and fried rice can be cooked in a non-stick frying pan or wok.

If you are heating multiple dishes then we recommend you cook your meals simultaneously as follows:
Pan of boiling water - curries, satay, fragrant rice, sticky rice (approx 7 minutes per curry from frozen eg 3 curries  3x7= 21 minutes.)
Microwave - Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Fragrant Rice & Fishcakes
Pad Thai and Fried Rice dishes can also be heated effectively in a non-stick wok or frying pan.
